Hello my Versa 2 stopped working after a flight, it was working in the airport once I landed the screen was completely black and the Tracker was very hot. I tried charging it up but it got really hot on the charger also.

Thank you for the response but I already initiated a claim with Fitbit, I have sent the tracker back but unfortunately it has taken forever to make it to the Fitbit warehouse by FedEx, so I am stuck waiting until the Fitbit arrives before I can get any resolution or another tracker. The process is extremely frustrating especially since this is the second time I have had to send back this device, in less than 2 years. I am starting to believe these particular trackers are no good.
