Versa 2 overheats and will not charge

  • Last night my Fitbit Versa 2 powered off on me during a run
  • It was strange because if I remember correctly, I started the day with about 70% battery remaining (in the past it would never have run out in one day based on my usage)
  • I put the charger on it; in addition to it not charging at all, it overheated a lot
  • My Versa 2 is only about 13-14 months old.

Any suggestions?
