Versa 2 quit syncing with my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus

I got the Versa 2 for Christmas and I really like it. But on Tuesday 8/4 of this week it started not syncing with my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus. I'd go to the app and try to sync it manual but it couldn't find device. So I restarted my Versa 2 and phone and it started syncing again. Maybe an hour or 2 later it started not syncing again. So I uninstall the app and unpaired the Versa 2 from my phone and reinstalled the app. I had some trouble with pairing the Versa 2 with my phone. I had to restart the Versa 2 again before the phone could find it. Wednesday it started not syncing again so I restarted my Versa 2 and it started syncing again. Today it did it again. So I did a factory reset and it wouldn't find my wifi to run updates. Any help would be very appreciated.
