I got a Versa 2 for a Christmas gift this year, and I really love it. I've had no problems to report until today when all of a sudden I received an error on the screen of my Versa 2. The error states "Data not cleared, sync and try again". I've tried to turn it off and on again as well as putting it on the charger for 30 min (the battery was at ~60% before this happened), but I've had no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi @ChrisByron Try a Factory Reset using the buttons. That should clear it. If it doesnt, you will need to contact Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
