Versa 2 "No measurement" on HR graph

I just bought my first fitbit today, the Versa 2, to help with my dieting needs and to help keep track of my heart rate as I have a condition called POTS.

I see others have had the same problem as I do, I cannot get a graph when I go onto my fitbit app and select the Heart Rate section, I get "No measurements."

I've had the watch on for about 4 hours, and have tried all of the previous suggestions including cache clearing, restarting both my phone and app, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to be working.

I have a Galaxy A52 for my phone. I bought the Versa 2 primarily to help keep track of my heart rate and am very disappointed if I cannot get this to work and end up returning the product.

Depending on your clock face, do you see heart rate displayed on the Charge 2?

My heart rate is displayed on both the clock face and on the mobile app but when I click on the heart rate section of the mobile app, that's where I get the "No measurement" message.

Could be it just hasn't synced yet, to get all the data coordinated among tracker, phone and fitbit database..  Give it some time; I think it will show up.  Looking at heart rate graph, I often find it easier to see more detail on fitbit.com dashboard on PC screen than on smaller phone.
