Got my Versa 2 for Christmas when I first set it up I got my call and text notifications on my fitibit but it has since stopped showing my calls or texts. I tried reinstalling the app to my phone, I tried removing the fitbit from my phone and re-doing the set up; still no luck. What else can I try to fix this?

I have had the same issue with my Versa after the firmware update. I am still getting calls and email notifications, but not getting any text message notifications.
I have disconnected and reconnected bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the watch... very frustrating!

I would check the settings on the tracker.
If correct the issue is on the phone and its frustrating when a user doesn't include the type of phone.
The best I can do is send you to the help docs.

Have you checked the Sleep and DND mode, both need to be disabled.
I assume you already have looked at the help docs pointed to above.
