My Versa 2 watch randomly unpaired itself from my phone (and thus won't sync with the Fitbit app).
I tried restarting my phone, restarting the Versa 2, turning off my Bluetooth and turning it on again, "forgetting" the Versa 2 device from my Bluetooth history, as well as force-stopping the Fitbit app. None of these helped. Now the Versa 2 rarely shows up on the Bluetooth scan for available devices, and if it does, a pop-up says "Pairing rejected by Versa 2" when I select it.
I looked at a couple of other forum posts for help with this, and the "Always Connected" and "All Day Sync" options do not show up on my Fitbit app. (I have an android phone -- Samsung galaxy j3.) My watch is at a decent charge, I have the latest updated versions of the Versa 2 and the Fitbit app, and I have no other Fitbit devices on my account or connected to my phone/Bluetooth. My Versa 2 watch is brand new (barely a week old).
