Versa 2 randomly unpaired itself from phone, won't re-pair

My Versa 2 watch randomly unpaired itself from my phone (and thus won't sync with the Fitbit app). I tried restarting my phone, restarting the Versa 2, turning off my Bluetooth and turning it on again, as well as "forgetting" the Versa 2 device from my Bluetooth history. None of these helped. Now the Versa 2 rarely shows up on the Bluetooth scan for devices, and when it does and I click on it, a pop-up says "pairing rejected by Versa 2."

 

I don't know what else to do. It won't reconnect.

Forgot to mention, I have the latest updates/versions of everything, and my watch has almost a full battery.
