Hi,
I am using my Versa 2 not more than 4 months. It started to restart itself during the workout and even while just sitting at home several times in a day. And touch screen does not response until I manually restart it. I tried to reset it several times and I set factory settings more than 5-6 times. After that I changed my phone and fitbit account but still I have same problem. What can I do?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists, please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
