Versa 2 reading information correctly on watch, but. It on the app

Information between the watch and the app on my phone are not syncing. I have shut both down but they still are not talking properly. Example. My watch tells me I have been up and walking each hour that I should have.  on the phone app it says I did not make 3 of the hours. I have tried to sync with no success. Help
