So Saturday night I went out dancing & drinking so my heart rate would have been quite high I’m guessing. I just checked my tracker and it was between 160-180bpm for the most of the night which has really shocked me. But then I remember I didn’t wear my watch the whole evening, night and next morning! However it was in my handbag all night. Any ideas why this would happen? It shows a break between 3am-6am but has recorded all the other time. Usually when I don’t wear it it doesn’t record my HR. Any ideas what’s going on here? I really hope my true heart rate wasn’t 160-180bpm all night - but then how could it pick up my HR from my handbag?

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @Ashlexx.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Versa 2 watch.
Although there are some general recommendations to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, it should not be recording heart rate of you were not using the watch.
Let me know if this has happened to you other times or just in this occasion. In the meantime, make sure to try the restart procedure described in this article, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Hello,
my Versa is also recording crazy heart beats, even when I am just sitting or even resting.
I already tried the steps above and eventually restarted everything, with the same problem as a result.
I can't seem to contact costumer support?
Kind regards
