Hi,

I started a workout on my watch today, stopped it on the watch when I was done, and then synced my phone. The workout appeared and everything looked fine. When I checked the app later tonight, I noticed that the workout was recorded again. One started at 5:07pm, the other one at 5:11pm. I deleted one of the workouts, but they still show up double as active zone minutes. I'm using Zepp as a 3rd party app, but I can't even see it anymore, because suddenly I see an infinite list of Fitbit Studio authorizations. 

In addition, when I start yoga on my watch and sync it with the phone, the little yoga guy shows up as the running guy. 

Help with any of these issues would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If your workout was recorded by your Fitbit Versa 2 and also logged on your third party app, it can show twice on your Fitbit account. We recommend logging activities just in one of the applications.

 

You can find the list of third party apps linked to your Fitbit account in the online Dashboard here.

 

Regarding the issue with the activity icon on your device, please perform a restart by following these instructions.
