My Versa 2 worked really well for a month . However it has now started to record crazy information. One day I did not leave the house and it showed 2,554 calories used and 282 mins of active minutes as well as 46 floors. This would have been totally impossible. It has continued to do this now for 6 days so it is not a one off. Help please.

Hi @Mennaj, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's tracking and recording wrong data.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it doesn't track or record high amounts of calories, active minutes and floors.
