Versa 2 refunds

I wouldn't be recommending anyone to do business with fitbit ever as their customer service sucks.  I bought 2 versa2 watches last year for the wife and I and after a year of using them we both experienced swollen wrists. I called to report the issue to fitbit and was told to return them for a refund. 

After returning both watches I only got refunded for one watch. After exchanging over 10 emails back and forth with them, I am still waiting to receive the second refund even though I sent a screen shot of my PayPal receipts to fitbit they're still insisting they already sent me both refunds. 

Fitbit is the worst company I have had to deal with in a long time.

My band caused scaring around my wrist. I had to go to a leather band. Which has worked out.
