Versa 2 refuses to sync with my phone

My Versa 2 has struggled to sync for months now. Each update, I hope it corrects, but so far it hasn’t.

When I log into the app, I attempt to sync but it will immediately tell me it cannot sync. When I prompt it to sync again, it will attempt to sync for 10-15 minutes before I get a pop-up that says “We we’re unable to update/install one or more apps. Please try again.” And then I can prompt to sync again and it will (eventually) do it.

All my apps are up-to-date and I haven’t tried to install any more apps on my watch than what it came with. I’m out of ideas. I just end up not syncing it for weeks because I don’t want to deal with it, which is sad because I love the data.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, @ATWAMF. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how important is to you to keep all your data synced.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Hello MarreFitbit,

I have done all of those things multiple times and none of it fixes it. The same error just comes up again.

TIA
