Versa 2 reminders to move not working

My new Versa 2 seems to be having real issues with reminding me to move. It sporadically tells me to move but then doesn’t tell me when I’ve completed the 250 steps. It occasionally shows me when I have completed the steps (without the need to be prompted) but not Regularly. I have done all the usual, turn it on and off, turn my phone on

and off. Checked everything for updates, that notifications are on and synced over and over but still nothing! Anyone experiencing the same and any ideas how to fix it?!

Hi @Heathy912, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since tie reminders to move feature is not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, make sure that the reminders to move feature is enabled and see if they work properly.
