FitBit sent out an update to me yesterday and it has completely messed up my watch. I have factory reset this watch at least 5 times (both ways of going into settings AND holding down the button for 8 until the logo goes away, let go for less than 2 seconds then pressing down again until you feel a longer vibration) and it still is restarting randomly and it's interrupting my workouts and not tracking my heart rate, steps or sleep correctly.
When I reached out to Fitbit yesterday their response was to tell me if the factory restart didn't work then I'd just have to wait a few days and see what happens?
I'm really hoping someone else has a better strategy?
I just got this watch at the end of June - before this happened I was happy with it now I'm just really disappointed with Fitbit and their customer service.

I have the same issues with no heart tracking, which started just before the update on my versa lite. Now it doesn't tract HR and keeps restarting as you can feel the buzz 2 to 3 times per hour and the logo appears. I hoped that the update would fix it but made it worse with the restart crap.
