Versa 2 replacement hasn't arrived

While charging my Versa 2, one contact on the charger and Versa 2 over heated and burned up. I returned everything with pictures per directions from Fitbit. It has been 4 weeks, they sent 2 chargers and a broken refurbished Versa 2 pebble so far. I still don’t have a replacement but I’ve followed directions and keep shipping stuff back. I don’t know what to do now.
