Versa 2 replacement in the UK

Anyone having issues with getting replacement devices from Fitbit. Ordered twice and received nothing. No one seems to want to sort it out. I just keep getting apologises and no action. Guess I’ll be buying elsewhere and another brand!

Thanks for getting back to us @AnnyC. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your Versa 2 replacement. 

 

You can track your order when you get a replacement. Have you checked your order tracking number? That way you can know where your order is. Could you please let me know what hasn't been sort out?

Yup I've done that. This is the second replacement that has been dispatched
and not received in the last 2 weeks. Although I have just been informed
I'll receive it today. I find it really unusual you would ship replacements
from the Netherlands instead of having a stockist hub in UK. That being
said it does not detract from the terrible customer service or the fact
that fitbits aren't build to last. When I receive my replacement I think
its safe to say it will be my last fitbit product.
