Versa 2 replacement inquiry and status

Through advice from fitbit support,  I've had to return my fitbit, versa 2 . How long should I expect to wait for the replacement? I only used the versa 2 for one day when it became unfit for purpose so I'm feeling disappointed.  Thanks for any help..
