Versa 2 replacement not giving HR zone notifications

Hi all! 

New Versa 2 (replacement) but I am not new to the versa2 or fitbit.

My replacement tracker is not giving me the vibrating notifications as I enter each HR zone and I don't have the option in my settings. How do I get an update for this please?

Hello @MuscleMission and welcome to the Community.  If you replacement is brand, brand new, then it has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  The Versa 2 gave active minutes when it was released.  Active zone minutes were added in a firmware update.  You will get that option when you get the current firmware, usually in a few days after activation.
