My Versa 2 replacement doesn't notify me when I've done 10000 steps like the old one did. I've gone in to settings but it doesn't have an option for device settings. All other settings appear OK. Any ideas please? Thanks

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa 2 watch.
Before considering other options, make sure that you've followed these steps to set your desired step goal:
Fitbit app
fitbit.com dashboard
If you continue to have the same inconvenience with your watch not vibrating, let me know if you're having the same inconvenience with other features (like silent alarms for example). In the meantime, make sure that you've also tried to perform a restart.
