My replacement replacement versa 2 keeps dropping Bluetooth tooth connectivity. I’ve updated the firmware and as I only received yesterday it yesterday I’m hopeful this isn’t going to be the same as the previous two versas

Hi @Shellie65
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with Bluetooth connectivity. Do you have a lot of other devices, for example head set, external speaker, car connect to your mobile via Bluetooth? I have found less is more for good connectivity.

Hi there @Shellie65, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 replacement won't stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.
If you've not done so yet, I'd suggest to try the following:
1. Remove the old watch from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. As @Shellie65 said, turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Versa2 as a replacement.
Give this a go and let us know if this time you can successfully link your device, we'll be around.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Have removed any other Bluetooth. I have to turn my versa on and off to connect.
