Versa 2 requesting blood sugar records

My Versa 2 tells me each AM that I need to record my blood sugars.  How do I stop this?

Have you installed a Clock face or app that requests this?

Try using another Clock face to see if it goes away.

If not check which Apps you have installed, may be one of those is asking.
