My versa 2 keeps restarting on its own multiple times a day. Also the touch screen keeps malfunctioning to where it won't swipe...

Hi @Jessicamorrison Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to about, or use the button method if you cant get there), but if that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I have the same problem. I have factory reset multiple times and it works for about 3 days then starts restarting and the touchscreen won't work. Very frustrating. I have even reinstalled android app at the same time. Trying to troubleshoot what changed on the day the watch stopped working.

After going in a pool with 4 feet of water knowing it was waterproof the versa 2 started to reset and would not go back to the main screen anymore. I wish I could get a new one for free because I saved for a long time for this fitbit and now it doesn't even work anymore due to faulty info.
