My versa 2 on numerous occasions will restart itself without me intentionally doing it. Also when I’m in exercise mode, for instance when I’m cycling I’ll start a ride, and after a while if I check my watch I look down and it’s no longer tracking. This is my second Fitbit watch, I had the ionic which Fitbit had to buy back from me because of a battery issue I’m hoping that this will not be the case with this watch also. I’ve heard in numerous forums that a lot of people are complaining that ever since the latest update a lot of people been having problems with their watches. I don’t know if this is a scam by Fitbit to force you to have to buy a new watch, or just something that was overlooked with this new update. If anybody has a solution please let me know. Thanks.
