My Fitbit versa 2 heart rate is getting higher every day. Why is this happening? 

I got down to 63/64 but in the past few days it’s now gone up to 71. What’s causing it to go up?

 

i do have cold, not getting out as much at the minute can this affect it?

Yes it can. Your body is fighting the cold you have.
