Versa 2 right side of the screen won't work

The right side of my touch screen is not responding.  I have done the soft reset and changed the clock face to a Fitbit made face as recommended but nothing worked.  I tried a factory reset but the button to reset it is on the right side of the screen so I cannot get that to work.  Please advise.

I am experiencing the same issue with my Versa 2 - I messaged Fitbit weeks ago but have not received a response.  I have restarted several times and did a factory restart yesterday - still not working.  I have only had the watch 8 months.  Hopefully someone helps us soon.

My Versa 2 has actually gotten worse. Now the screen will not scroll at
all so I cannot even do a factory reset and the heart rate monitor is
either not functioning or it says my heart rate is 180 bpm which is just
nuts. I was tired of waiting for a response so I called them. The wait
was surprisingly short and they are sending me a replacement. I called
yesterday and it is due to be delivered tomorrow. I would recommend that
you call them.

i bought a fitbit versa 2 last Christmas as a gift for my husband however my husband is the person who never wears accessories not even a wedding so at the end I'm the one who wears the fitbit most of the time... I wear it everyday to monitor my heart rate, steps and others. But for some reasons it switched odd automatically and when I connect to the charger and I turn it on it says Data not cleared Synch and try again. I have set it up a lot of times. But the same error that pops up. I need some help.
