Versa 2 : run exercise not showing up on app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I played football and put the watch on "run", and at the time my versa 2 showed the activity- miles, calories etc. I clicked finish exercise on the watch. Then get home and try to see the statistics on the app, but it isn't showing up? It all worked fine last week when I put it on the "run" setting and played football.

I've tried refreshing the app, syncing etc. But no success.

Any help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Wali93.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 didn't register your run exercise.

I would recommend performing a restart to your watch by following these steps.

Your watch can automatically register the following exercises:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Outdoor biking
  • Elliptical
  • Sport—Includes high-movement sports like tennis, basketball, soccer, and others. Sports that might not be recognized include those without continuous movement or that vary in intensity level, like golf.
  • Aerobic workout—Includes aerobic activities with continuous movement, such as Zumba®, cardio-kickboxing, and other dance classes.

Whether your activity is not part of the list above nor can be registered from the exercise shortcuts, you can manually log it. For more information, please visit this article.
