Once ive completed a run, the watch will show exact time, but when it syncs to the phone the exact time of the run is nowhere to be seen, instead it rounds up the time to the closest minute. Can anyone help?

I would recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back in
- Set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:
Then, track a new activity from your watch by following these instructions.
