Versa 2 running distance way too much

Hi, I used my new versa 2 out for a run just now, I also had my phone with me running the strava app at the same time. I did my normal 5K route which linked correctly on my phone with strava, but on my versa 2 via the exercise/running/distance 5k option it said I did 6.3k! How would this be and what can I do to sync it correctly?

Hello, I have the same problem, the watch counts about 20% more running distance than the real distance.

I double checked with other applications on my smartphone and I am sure of this issue.

 

Is there any tips or thinks I am missing here ?
