Versa 2's battery is different that the battery level on Fitbit app

Versa 2 battery percentage showing different on phone app compared to screen face! I’ve only had it for 3.5wks and am concerned other things might be going to fault out on me. Anyone else had this problem?

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. So if you haven't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last synced. Is your Versa 2 syncing? If by any chance you're coming across with syncing difficulties, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

How much off is it? Usually the clock face will show a slightly lower number until they sync again.
