I've noticed at the beginning of this week,  my fitbit went staticky, fuzzy yellow lines. So I restarted it and it was fine. But now it happening more often flickering and fuzzy. Even the brightness/ color of the of the screen seems off. Also the time on the versa 2 is off by 11 minutes. I did the update and restarted a few more times but with the same results. My phone is a Samsung  a10e. Even when resetting/ restarting, the fuzzy, staticky lines are visible

Hi there @Ahoy, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2's screen, time and date behavior. I appreciate you took the time to restart your watch prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you with this.

In order for me to better assist you, please confirmed if you've tried the following suggestions as described in those help articles to fix the screen's behavior:

  1. Check in the Fitbit app if your Versa 2 is still syncing, if so, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
  2. You've restarted your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Regarding the time which is off by 11 minutes, it seems that your watch may be no longer linked to your Fitbit account and that would explain the issues you're having. To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has syncing difficulties, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me in the loop.

Thank you for responding!

My fitbit is both connected to the app and it is syncing. The time seemed to correct itself already, but the screen has not corrected itself, and I've already changed the clocks face a few times. When the screen isn't staticy with lines (like an old tv) the screens is fuzzy (light flickering)and the color/brightness seems off.

It's gotten worse....before it was static, fuzzy lines, I still received text notifications but the screen was staticky/lines.now, it won't even turn on any more...it's fully charged and it synced, now it doesn't sync, the little green light behind the watch won't turn on either. I've had it it for less than a year😥😟
