Thank you for letting us know about the inconvenience, It would be a pleasure to help you out.

Please be aware that removing your device from the app might prevent us from repairing it. Therefore, it's important not to delete the app or unlink the device as a first step.

Then to unlock your Fitbit device using your phone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app
  2. Tap the Today tab
  3. Tap Devices at the tope left corner 
  4. Select your device
  5. Tap Device Lock
