Versa 2 says I'm falling asleep ~1 hour later than acuality... once every week, or so. Why?

Greetings,

I go to bed at the same time every night.  Don't alter my routine at all; but there is a window of about 30 minutes usually.

Instead of noting that I fall asleep at 10pm, it marks 11pm.  Do I need to tighten my watch band?  Loosen it? Anything else to do?

Thank you!

Hi @Erich777 - the watch is generally good at detecting sleep, but you may not get fully into that state immediately.

Check at what time your heart rate drops.

There is an option in the web login to set your sleep sensitivity to sensitive, it may help.

Guy,

Thanks!  I found the sleep setting, and adjusted it.  I don't know where the hourly hr data is (outside of the activity tab, but that's not very resolute).

Hopefully that will take care of it.

Thanks @Erich777 - for the continuous Heart Rate, in the Fitbit App, click the Heart Rate tile, then click on a day and a graph of the day's heart rate is shown.
