I have tried everything that I can and even read a bunch of things on the forum to figure out what to do but nothing works. At first I was getting all my texts then it stopped. Now it says text but it will not show me what the text says. I am getting really frustrated!!!

Hi @SRN27 , thanks for fast reply. It seems that, besides iPhone users after updating to iOS 13, also some Android users, mainly Samsung users (Tizen), suffer from this problem, The only difference is that the problem by Android users is caused by the latest version update (70.7.14). Fitbit is aware of this problem and working on a fix for this problem. Regards kuzibri
