Versa 2 says to download app

After reseting my watch to try and fix the missing notifications. Its stuck on first screen when you first switch watch on. It says download app! 

App says connected! 

Can't make watch go any further! 

Only had watch 1 mth, all I've had is trouble. 

Can anyone help!

What version phone are you using?
Do you see it connected in your bluetooth settings?

@Paulie99 Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your efforts. I recommend confirming if your watch is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
