Versa 2 screen became black and it won't turn on

My V2 went black after a factory re-set and I cannot re-start it. Any info or ideas?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. Also, let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
