Versa 2 screen became black

So when I went to bed my Versa 2 was working fine, I woke up to it with the Fitbit symbol then just started fading a screen screen in and out and wouldn't do anything else, then black , no heart monitor or nothing, even when I put it on the charger, it does the same green screen fading off and on, any tips or is it done, has no cracks or anything has been perfect.

Having a similar problem but it vibrates whence charger and the HR sensor won’t light up nor will the screen turn on my phone finds it but nothing else

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing something similar with your Versa 2 watch. 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article in case the problem is related to the battery. 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
