Versa 2 screen became blank

I'm having issues with my screen staying black. The watch still vibrates and still seems to be tracking my steps when I've tried syncing but when I click the side button it doesn't light up the screen. I've tried holding the side button down to maybe try and "force" a reboot but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any other tips I can try?

Hi @Tiffanie 

I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa 2. When you restarted your Versa by holding down the button, did the screen go dark and the Fitbit logo appear? If not, please try restarting again. Also you might try putting it on your charger for 10-15 minutes and then try restarting it again. I have found putting it back on the charger and then restarting can work like magic. Fingers crossed.

I tried the holding down for 15 seconds and it just kept the black screen
no fitbit logo and would randomly just vibrate. It seems to be hit or miss.
It's lighting up again now but it did the same thing yesterday to where
it'd still track but my screen wouldn't function. 😅 If it happens again
tonight/tomm morning I'll try throwing it on the charger to see if that
helps.
