Versa 2 screen became green

hi I bought my Fitbit versa 2 last October as a replacement for my last one which the strap broke right off and couldn’t be repaired so I got the versa 2  however  for the past 2 days I have a green screen I waited thinking it was a glitch and it would sort itself out  I looked on the forum and tried what was suggested there but it won’t let me restart it  and it won’t let me change the clock face it is still tracking which is good but when I’m out and about I can’t use it as a watch or check my step count please help ,

I would contact Fitbit Customer Service since restarting didn’t fix the issue. I understand you also tried changing the clock face as well but that too didn’t work. You can reach Fitbit Customer Service here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. Hopefully they can sort it out for you. 

on another note… I noticed you offered your email address in your post. I would certainly remove that information for your privacy and protection. Here’s how: go to your post showing your email address and you will notice three small dots in the upper right corner of the posting box. Tap those three dots and then tap edit in the drop down menu. Then delete your email address then tap reply at the bottom of your post. 
😉 That should remove your private information

Hi, Don’t know what happened but you screen went back to the clock face last night and I still have it today so fingers crossed it’s resolved itself, just to say thanks again
