Versa 2 screen black

My versa garbled did a bunch of garbled and screen went black. Still on. Still syncing and vibrating notifications

Hi @Christalbandy 

I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa 2. Have you tried restarting it? If not, please do so by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo appear. It may take a couple of tries. If that doesn't work, try putting it back on the charger for 10-15 minutes, then restart it again. Fingers crossed this does the trick for you.
