My versa 2 screen is blacking out, not responding to touch or swiping to access other features available. I’ve tried resetting my device multiple times, even went back to factory settings and still having issues!! Help.

@MandiS06, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen blacks out and won't respond to touch. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like you to try one more workaround, which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

I have switched to a clock face that is made by Fitbit with no change.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
