Versa 2 screen blank, wont connect

Hi There - My Versa 2 stopped working about 5days ago. Screen is blank, wont connect to app or computer. Have charged. Had 35% when it stopped working. It will buzz/vibrate intermittently but no screen display.  The green light in the heart rate sensor will flash intermittently when buzzing. Have tried a number of trouble shooting but nothing has worked. Tried to reset to factory settings, nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else ? Thanks .

I had this exact problem and I was in contact with Fitbit and it was no help! I have just read another person's reply and they said they had an update on their Fitbit app, so I went on my app and there was a update to be done! Once I clicked update my Fitbit instantly started working again!! Hopfully this is what has happened to you and it's simple enough to fix! And hopfully I've explained that we'll aswell!

Thanks for the tip! - I checked the app and no update needed. I actually think I updated it last week from memory. Its buzz now when I get calls on my phone but still no screen display! I'll keep trying. FItbit have been really hard to get in contact with. Thank you !
