My fit bit versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep for 2 weeks. Then my screen went dim (checked the brightness it’s not that). Then my screen had a white line down the middle. So I did a reset and it’s cleared but still not it’s normal brightness. Now I can’t swipe my screen at all and am not receiving any messages. I’ve don’t multiple resets. Do I need a new watch? I’ve only had it a year and a half
