I went swimming for the first time with my Versa 2 today and after 2 lengths the screen came off. I thought this is supposed to be fine for swimming? I was swimming breast stroke on the surface in a fresh water pool. I had selected Exercise>Swim.
I’m currently trying to dry it out. This isn’t working as advertised. It is completely dead and won’t switch on. It’s less than 18 months old. I can see that the glue/seal is breaking up. I’ve never showered with it and take it off to do washing up. This is the first time I’ve tried to swim with it. How do I get it replaced?

Yes. I contacted support via the live chat. I had to send a picture with a case number but they are replacing it.
