I had the same thing happen to me today. I almost had it 2 year this Xmas. I am so sorry and at this time I can't replace it. So I guess I will be without for awhile.

It's so annoying, my son had upgraded his smartwatch so I got his older one but I don't know that I would be in a rush to get another fitbit
