What should I do? How can I
reattached the face cover?
(fitbit versa 2....face cover has unattached from the body of watch on 3 sides)

I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit customer service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. Hopefully they can sort things out for you.
