Hi everyone.
I’ve had a versa 2 for 16 months.
Last night while watching tv I noticed something strange on my wrist. The screen came off, just like that.
My old versa lasted for 2.5 years only and now this. I feel that every new Fitbit product I purchase last even less than the one before.
Here’s a photo.
Please help. I cannot afford a new one.
Fitbit does not longer have an email account for support.

Hi, @squaregum , the Community forum is not able to deal with issues of physical damage to your Fitbit. Depending on regulations in your jurisdiction, your Versa 2 will be under warranty for 1 or 2 years. In most of the world, including the USA and Canada, the warranty is 1 year. In the EU and the UK, and I think also in Australia and possibly New Zealand it is 2 years. If you get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support and your Fitbit is no longer covered under warranty they are likely to offer you a significant discount on the full price of a new Fitbit.
Alternatively I have seen in the forums a number of users who have successfully glued down their screen. You can probably find video instructions on the internet.
If you would like to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support, all the ways of contacting them can be found here
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
