My Versa 2 face cover fell or dropped out suddenly while wearing it few days ago. On examining it, the cover was not adequately or properly glued to the body. Could Fitbit explain the issue and find a solution for it. I have it for about two years. It was bought in New York with extended warranty. I never thought this would happen. Just want to know if anyone having this issue and if it can be repaired as I think, the inside parts remain intact.
